Chrome plated zinc alloy with polished stainless steel tube, hard black plastic liner. Clamp-on feature eliminates drilling rail and simplifies relocation. Mounts on vertical or horizontal rails. 7/8″ to 1″ diameter and 3/4″ diameter by reducing mounting bolt length.
